Aarunya
Whatever time, skill or support you can offer — there's a way into Aarunya that fits. Scroll to find yours.
Most people who walk into an Aarunya singing circle haven't sung in front of anyone since school. Most people on the yoga mat can't touch their toes. That's the point, not the obstacle — both practices meet you exactly as you are and ask you to come back next week anyway.
Volunteers often find their way in through one of these two doors: leading a warm-up stretch, or simply humming along until they're brave enough to sing out loud. Either one is enough to belong.
Spend time with someone. Listen. Talk. Walk. Share a cup of tea. The simplest form of involvement is often the most needed — just showing up, regularly, for one person.
Music, art, cooking, yoga, gardening, teaching, storytelling and more. If you can lead a session or simply love doing something with others, Aarunya has a room for it.
Volunteers, professionals and organisations can help turn ideas into experiences — from designing a program to building the physical spaces Aarunya will run in.
Your contribution helps create programmes, opportunities and permanent spaces for meditation, singing, yoga and community — for as many people as we can reach.
