From Achievement to Purpose.

Founder, Aarunya Centre for Happiness
Formerly Global Geoscience Director — Oil & Gas

Three decades of professional leadership across countries and cultures, building a career in the Oil & Gas industry and eventually serving as a Global Geoscience Director. It was a demanding, fulfilling journey of global teams, complex challenges and constant movement.

Returning home after three decades abroad brought a different question: not what we accumulate, but what we leave behind — the people we meet, the relationships we build, and the chance to make someone else's day a little better. Aarunya grew out of that reflection.

What We Believe

Happiness Isn't Luck. It's Built.

We believe every person — whatever their age — deserves purpose, dignity and people who truly see them. Aarunya exists to build the friendships, communities and living environments that make that possible.

01

Dignity

Every life matters. Every person deserves to be respected, heard and valued — whatever their age or circumstance.

02

Purpose

A meaningful life doesn't stop when a career ends. There is always something to learn, teach, create or contribute.

03

Connection

Friendship, companionship and community are not extras in life. They are part of what makes life worth living.

04

Joy

A song. A walk. A meal shared with friends. Joy usually lives in the simplest things.
